Spring Intricate

Over and over again every spring

We gather the leaves and dead things

To make the yard look nice and clean

Then take away the unwanted stuff that’s seen.

God transforms the trees dead looking and shabby

Into the living green lush and beauty

That we have missed all winter long

It’s all cozy with the leaves to enclose us strong.

Mystery of the tiny cell to grow

By the power of God to show

Even though some things are slow

The creek speeds along its flow.
